IPv6 Ready Check

What is IPv6?

The internet assigns unique addresses to each device on the internet which is known as an IP address. Most people have seen these, and they look something like 192.168.1.1.

This address notation is known as IPv4, and allows for a maximum of 4228250625 address (255 per block). The problem is, we are now out of IP address.

Fortunately, an answer was already found years ago, though never adopted. This answer is known as IPv6, and allows for many more addresses to be allocated, but requires some changes in hardware for your networking infrasture to continue working. It's not something you can ignore.

Unique Service

Honeypot Networks is ahead of the curve by being one of the only companies providing a service to ensure your company makes the transition to IPv6 smoothly. We can test your networks to ensure you're ready, as well as provide the necessary hardware to make the transition if you are not.

We have already helped several companies ensure they were ready for the switch long before the vast majority was aware of the IPv4 address limitation, and we can help you too.
